Kettlebell Training

Kettlebell training is a fun and effective way to completely transform your body. In this class you will learn how to utilize this awesome tool for Turkish Get-ups, Swings, Cleans, Snatches, Front Squats, and Presses. You will also master several body weight and barbell lifts. Great for any level fitness enthusiast looking to take a step forward and get results.

Class will be held Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:00 A.M. at Total Sports Wixom
