Director- John Dalson- BS, CSAS, HSSCS

John studied at Central Michigan University and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science- Health Fitness. During his final semester as a student at CMU, John interned at Total Performance Training Center. Upon graduation, John began working as a coach in TPTC’s speed and agility program as well as a trainer with Fitness Revolution. John has worked with athletes at the youth, middle school, high school, and college level and has experience in training adults in personal training and group fitness settings.

Frank graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Kinesiology and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. He worked with athletes from 2007-2012 at Total Performance Training Center in Wixom, and has now become the director of the Fitness Revolution program. In his spare time, Frank is busy spreading his knowledge to others; he has co-created two websites, “Ultimate Strength and Conditioning,” and “Football Training Pros.” These websites provide valuable information about strength and conditioning for both coaches and athletes.  Frank is passionate about what he does and loves working with individuals and groups of all backgrounds and abilities. He will be your worst enemy and your biggest supporter to push you to your limits and help you achieve your specific fitness goals.



Cole Walderzak- BS, CSAS, HSSCS

Cole got his BS in Exercise Science from Central Michigan University where he was also a 4-year letter winning thrower on the Chippewa Track & Field Team.  He was a 4-time NCAA Nationals qualifier in the discus and hammer throw. Cole has over 3.5 years of personal training experience. loves training people of all ages, and enjoys teaching them about how the process of training works for long term development.

Since I started my career as a Personal Trainer/Kettlebell Instructor in 2004 I have been on an ever going quest to learn as much as I can about the science behind weightlifting.  I enjoy using many different methods from some of the greatest minds in the world to deliver my clients results.  I love the accomplishments that I see people achieve everyday when they come in to train.
