JOHN DALSON – BS, CSAS, HSSCS
Director

John studied at Central Michigan University and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science- Health Fitness. During his final semester as a student at CMU, John interned at Total Performance Training Center. Upon graduation, John began working as a coach in TPTC’s speed and agility program as well as a trainer with Fitness Revolution. John has worked with athletes at the youth, middle school, high school, and college level and has experience in training adults in personal training and group fitness settings.

John became the director of the Fitness Revolution Wixom in September 2017.

Since I started my career as a Personal Trainer/Kettlebell Instructor in 2004 I have been on an ever going quest to learn as much as I can about the science behind weightlifting.  I enjoy
using many different methods from some of the greatest minds in the world to deliver my clients results.  I love the accomplishments that I see people achieve everyday when they come in to train.
